Can you ensure the arrival of my package after placing an order?
We recommend using a secure and uncompromised mailing address accessible only to you for receiving our shipped products. While rare, instances of packages going missing in the mail can occur. We cannot accept any responsibility for missing packages if the courier indicates the package was in fact delivered to the destination address. We cannot guarantee delivery with any special instructions requested by customers, as we have no control over the courier’s delivery process.
What is the order cut-off time for order shipping?
The cut-off for an order to begin processing on a given day is 11:59 am. An order will not begin processing until the payment is deposited. Confirmed orders will be shipped within two business days.
How does the tracking process for mail service work?
Each package sent via courier mail is assigned a unique tracking number. We send the tracking numbers to customers on the day of shipment. This number provides a comprehensive timeline of the mail order product’s journey as it approaches its destination.

You can monitor the progress of your shipment by following the link included in the order completion email. Customers that require faster shipping may contact us to discuss express shipping options for an extra fee.
Canada Post does not pick up, move, or deliver any packages during weekends or holidays, so we urge customers to plan their orders well in advance. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier or by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, labour strikes, acts of war or terrorism, etc.
