What is the CybinRUSh loyalty program?
At CybinRUSh we want to build long term relationships with satisfied customers. Our loyalty points program is how we reward our loyal returning customers. You can enjoy our products and earn credit toward future orders at the same time!
How does the loyalty program work?
Once you create an account with us, you will earn points for every dollar you spend with us. This applies from the very first order and also applies while you redeem other coupon codes towards an order.
You can check your current points balance from the “My Rewards” widget available on the bottom of most pages in our site. You can view in-depth information on the Rewards page.
How can I claim loyalty rewards?
Once you accumulate Reward Points, you can convert them into a coupon code that will apply a cash discount against any order. The conversion is done at our pre-determined conversion rate. You can claim a discount coupon at any time from the “My Rewards” page. Once you have a coupon code, you can apply it during check-out for the actual cash discount. You can enter the code manually, or you can apply it from the “My Reward” widget. Note that these coupon codes are personal to your account and cannot be used by anyone else.
During special sales and events, we may allow additional options for claiming rewards. For instance, we could offer an enhanced conversion rate or other types of coupons.
How do referrals work?
If you register with us and start earning points, you will also get a unique referral link. If you share this link with others who then use it to register on our site and complete their first order, both parties will receive a small amount of bonus points as our way of saying thank you.
The referral link can be found in our emails to you, and also from the “My Rewards” widget available on the bottom of most pages in our site.
I received a referral link, what should I do?
Follow the following steps to complete the referral registration:
- Click on the link to redirect to our site
- Register for an account
- Browse our shop and place your first order
- You and your friend shall receive your bonus points upon completion of the order.
You can still use our first-time-buyer coupon code to get a discount on the first order, and we encourage you to do so! Usually this code is WELCOME20 but we may have even better offers during special events, sales, and promotions, so always check our home page for the latest info.
I received a special coupon code from a promoter, what should I do?
If you received a coupon from one of our promoters and affiliates, you should use that coupon code during checkout when you complete your first order. Do NOT use the regular introductory-offer codes such as WELCOME20. Any coupon code you received from an affiliate will always offer a higher first-buyer discount, and will also make you eligible for other special promotions in the future.
If you are a first time shopper, the system will add our introductory offer coupon automatically at check-out. You should remove it and replace it with your custom coupon code. Promoter coupons do not stack with our introductory offer or with each other, and they are typically usable only on your first order.
Some special coupons can be used on all orders. Such coupons may have other restrictions, such as a minimum spend.
Special coupon codes and referral links cannot be combined.
Coupons do not typically work with items on sale. If your initial buy is made up entirely of sale items, you will miss out on the potential savings offered by these coupons.
